NICHIDO minerals precision eye pencil

During my last visit at watson, I came across the Nichido stand and  noticed a new product in their eye pencils collection. Since i was on the look out for a great eye liner, i decided to give this one a try.  I bought 2 shades. Chesnut brown for my brows and Black ebony to define my eyes. As soon as I used them I was wowed by it soft and creamy consistency which gives me so much ease during application {no need to tug your eyelids because it do glides easily} . You must apply it on your brow very lightly because it really has this amazing pigmentation.

 do like about Nichido minerals precision eye pencil:

  • creamy consistency and a bit soft that's why it's very easy to apply
  • amazing pigmentation
  • affordable

do hate:

  • smudge off easily
  • some traces goes to my crease after several hours of wearing {without primer}
will i repurchase?
  • yes. the fact that it is very pigmented and glides on easily on my lids and has super affordable price, this eye pencil is a winner for me.

Ellana Mineral Cosmetics: Oil absorbing finishing powder

My first experience about MMU was kinda disappointing. The Avon mineral pressed powder that i tried caused me some break outs. Since then, i had this thought that maybe mmu was not hiyang to my skin. But one mmu local brand proved me wrong and that is Ellana Mineral Cosmetics. I bought this oil absorbing mineral finishing powder at their stall in SM marikina but their products can also be purchase online on their website www.ellanaminerals.com
Their mineral finishing powder comes in three different types: super sparkle (creamy and iridiscent shimmering powder) available in the shades of pink flamingo/yellow submarine/peach passion, translucent (suitable for all skin types), and oil absorbing (for extra oily skin, contains mattifying minerals & controls acne) both available in the shades of espresso con panna/almond coffee cream/raspberry cappucino. I have an oily skin so i chose the oil absorbing formula and almond coffee cream is the closest shade to my skin tone.

I was really surprised on how my skin loves this finishing powder. It really gives me a super natural matte finish plus no break out! :)
