When they emailed me these photos, i was like "OMG! amputi naman ni baby!! " LOL! I think, she looks more like her mommy. She's really so cute! Welcome to the christian world Aaliyah! :)

Sebastian Frey's baptismal invitation

Today, i'd like to share this lovely half fold baptismal invite i made for miss Weng. Actually, this is my second time to create a card for her. The first was  in 2009 for her eldest son Kiian. For this invite, she chose a premade design from my baptismal card album and asked me to incorporate their color motif blue and green. I also add calligraphic decorations around the godparents and his name, which I loved.

Aliyah Isabel's baptismal invitation

Among the sample layouts I presented to miss Bea for Aliyah's invite, she chose this one. There are few changes i made for this one though. Originally, the layout is for a trifold card but she decided to make it just a half fold instead. And the three photos inside the invite were also removed. To see the proposed layouts, click here.

mommy! mommy! i am sick....

I feel so sad because after his first day in school, my son got sick. I noticed him coughing few days ago and then one night, he developed fever. I brought him to the clinic on the following day and the pedia said he have a mild pneumonia. As a physician, looking at my son, alam kong hindi naman serious ang condition nya at hindi ako dapat mapraning sa pag-aalala because he's very active and matakaw despite of his sickness. Kung hindi sya uubo, no one will ever think that he's sick. But as a mom, kahit simpleng colds or insect bite yan, big deal for me. {sigh}..I hope that he gets well really soon.

Jairos' first day of summer class

Today is Jairos's first day in school. Super excited kami ni Alex as we accompanied our son to school. Since the teachers let the parents to stay inside the classroom for a few minutes, I grabbed the opportunity to took some "first day in school" photo souvenirs. :)

After a few minutes, the teachers politely asked the parents to leave para makapag start ng class. As expected, as soon as the parents left, the kids started crying. Some of them cried the whole class period. Kawawa naman. Buti na lang behave si Jairos.

School I.D. photo shoot

Jairos will start his summer class tomorrow. It's a 2-hour morning class, five days a week. Yesterday, I asked my brother to take a picture of my son for his school ID. Knowing how super kulit my son is, nahirapan talaga si kuya to get a nice shot. Unlike other kids na naiimbyerna during picture taking, my son loooves to pose in front of the camera! See how much he enjoyed his school ID photoshoot :)

Jairos is going to summer class!

Today I brought my son to Kids International Learning Academy and enrolled him for a three weeks summer workshop. Look at how excited he was when he learned that he's now going to school!

We headed to the mall right after enrollment and grabbed a bite of delicious pizza, lasagna and baked zitti at Sbarro.

I got an email the other day from a client asking me if i can make her a sample layout for a trifold card using the design that she attached . She also requested for a sample design for a half fold card incorporating light pink and mint green colors.

Look what's dangling in my ears!!

 I'm crazy about cute and attention grabbing earrings simply because it jazz up any dull outfit i wear. So imagine my delight when i saw this super cute hoop earrings at the mall last wednesday. The price is also unbelievably cheap so hindi na ako nahirapan i-convinced ang sarili ko to buy a pair.
